The atmosphere was electric or exciting. The fans were jacked, amped, whatever. The experience may have been exciting. But the game? Meh.

As for Joyce Hyser, not only was she a girl playing a guy, but she was a 30 year old playing a teen? I want my money back.

I like the way you think. Also, very forward-thinking:

"Star magazine says now that Hollywood good girl Jennifer Love Hewitt is seriously considering an offer from Playboy to pose nude because she feels she is losing film roles because of her image. Hewitt has always been very clear that she would never pose naked for any magazine or role, but her career is mired in TV movies and low-rated dramas, and at age 26, the time may finally be right. A source tells Star: "She told me that maybe a sexy magazine layout with her showing her assets might give her a little edgier image and she might be considered for a femme fatale role.""
Funny that she didn't consider acting lessons.

We knew. We just didn't care. I think about half the buses in Chicago had the same ads. The big mistake they made was using clips in the ads. None of them were funny.

What a great day. You return, and the Buttafuocos agree to meet with Amy Fisher on tv.
  • Joey Buttafuoco, who was jailed for statutory rape following the 1992 shooting, said he planned to ask Fisher to explain her actions.

"I've been asked about a million times by Mary Jo, 'Why did Amy shoot me?' I was never able to get that answer," said Buttafuoco, now 49.

"There's going to be a lot of shocking revelations, and that's why I'm excited to sit down to do this," he said.

The Buttafuocos moved to California and divorced in 2003. Mary Jo, who remains partially paralyzed from the shooting, is engaged.

Joey Buttafuoco, who has remarried, was sentenced in March 2004 to a year in jail and five years' probation after pleading guilty to felony insurance fraud. In August, he pleaded not guilty to charges that he violated probation by possessing ammunition.

The anwer to this question holds about as much suspense as the question "Who is buried in Grant's Tomb"?

If this thread somehow leads back to an entire discussion on "shaving" - I'm going back to the IB.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

Exciting is in the eye of the beholder, and if you are a fan of a particular team, you don't want "exicting" as in a nailbiter. you want "exciting" as in did-you-see-how-badly-we-kicked-their-asses?!?!?!
I disagree. While this may be true at the time you're watching the game, the games you truly remember and enjoy forever are the ones that were hard-fought or where you had to come back. The Yankees sweeping the Padres? Uh...who cares? Game 7, 2004 for the Pennant? Awesome.

True. Game 7 against the Knicks was much more satisfying than sweeping Orlando the next year.

And the 1992 Buffalo game was the worst game to endure, as a fan, of all time.

Clearly you don't remember her tits. Re-watch the last five minutes and then come back and complain.
