This - I will help with the impression:

I'm cruel to the dogs? How about their owners who let them live with this sort of terror on a daily basis? As mentioned, they bark all the time regardless of level of noise in the hall. It's fucking carpeted for fuck's sake. I'm not banging on the door or anything. I'm walking in a carpetted hallway. Or maybe (horrors!) talking to someone while I walk in my fucking building.
The owners could have trained the dogs not to flip at any little noise. They didn't. I hope they're sleeping when I walk by and they get awoken by their yippie alarm clocks.

Dude, that was harsh.
But at least it'll be easier to remove his tube now.

You're being stupid. The rat-dogs bark whenever she walks by. She makes them bark louder because rat-dogs are fucking annoying and the people in the apartment might as well be extra annoyed for subjecting everyone on their floor to such an annoyance.
Who gives a fuck if they think someone's going to intrude on their territory?

Really. It's not as if anyone's putting bottles in their recycling bin.
