Two things
- Latest on the Sony BMG thing:
Quote:
After two weeks of relentless criticism over its XCP copy protection software, Sony BMG Music Entertainment is pulling CDs that contain the software from store shelves. The company is also planning to offer customers a way to exchange CDs that contain the flawed copy-protection software.
"We share the concerns of consumers regarding discs with the XCP software, and we are instituting a program that will allow customers to exchange any CD with XCP software for the same CD without copy protection," Sony said in a statement posted on Tuesday.

- One of my sisters has a freelance gig with a publishing company for elementary school workbooks. She writes demonstrative paragraphs for the kids to study and/or emulate. She e-mailed me hunting for topics to write about. She has to write have to write narrative paragraphs, opinion paragraphs, and informational paragraphs for ten year olds. She sent me a list of topics she's thinking about writing as well as a list of rejected topics. Since the "rejected topics" list includes "my favorite porn sites," I'm guessing that all sexual stuff is out, though "first dead body" was on the possible topics list so there's room for creativity. Thurgreed will be happy to know that "penguins" is already on the possible topics.
Here's an opportunity to mold and/or corrupt young minds that you're not related to and may not ever come into contact with.

It is probably bad enough that I thought "emulate" was "ejaculate" when reading above that you don't want any of my possible subjects.
Is Lunchboxes on the list? Start up a whole new generation of lunchbox collectors?

I'm sure if you asked Sebby's wife nicely, she could give a nice referral.

I'm into double digits. Triple digits, however, does not seem likely.

Au contraire. He's just doused it with the contents of one of Ironweed's flasks.
Then again, it could just be a phase I seem to be going through.
