Last I heard he was a Bay Area lawyer for chrissakes. He's rolling in the dough. He's buried under a mountain of it! If he can't afford a freaking Kirby vacuum (or at least one with the serial numbers filed off) then he should give up his membership card and move to Montana.

"patentparanyc" is (was?) a poster who, according to some, wrote posts that were perhaps a bit too name-brand conscious. Some, in fact, even called her a label ho, though that was (IMO) too strong.
