I can see you're really struggling with the niceness concept in that second sentance, aye? "Be always be"?

Didn't you ask for a whirled piece?
Indiana U is challenging Maryland's dreidel supremacy:
"Students at the University of Maryland hold the world record of 535 dreidels spun in 1999. The original record of 289 was set in 1998 by the Mayer Kaplan Jewish Community Center in Skokie.
'Given the rivalry between Maryland and IU in basketball in the NCAA (news - web sites), we had to take on the challenge here,' said Steve Kolmin, a coordinator of the event sponsored by Indiana University's Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life.
He said 541 participated in the event, which he hopes will break Maryland's record."

Mortal sins
Thanks to Johnny Doe Esq., I have learned today that these are mortal sins. You are all damned.
- Joining the Masons or other secret society
- Knowingly voting for someone who is pro-abortion
- Driving dangerously or recklessly
- Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Willfully harboring hatred for another
- Taking or selling illegal drugs
- Willful drunkenness
- Self mutilation
- Excessive tattoos
- Excessive body piercing
- Piercing of the nipples or sexual organs
- Willful engagement in unjust lawsuits
- In-vitro fertilization or artificial insemination
- Doing unnecessary work on Sunday for a long period of time, i.e., more than several hours
I am guilty of the last one. Many times. And I wonder what constitutes excessive piercing and/or tattoos?
eta, and also that willful drunkenness thing.

I was harboring under the delusion that my 10 commandments compliance rate was around 20-30 percent. No more. I'm headed straight to hell, having broken every single one of them (though I had no idea that a vote for John Kerry was so dangerous to my eternal soul). Fortunately, everyone I know is too.

What's pierced?
Do you kill two birds by combining piercing and self-mutilation?
Where you the in vitro donor or recipient?

My navel was pierced, though I don't have any hardware in right now. My complete analysis of my compliance with the 10 Commandments as interpreted by catholic.org is at the LWK board. I decided not to look at the venal sins, as I'm pretty sure I'm batting 0.000 there too.

I've broken somewhere between six and eight. Depends what you consider unnecessary work on a Sunday, and whether my involvement in some lawsuits could be called willful. I mean, a Finch has gotta eat, right?

I'm pretty sure that the navel is neither a nipple nor a sexual organ, but I could be wrong.
