There were 75,000 people last year, and they say they are selling 10,000 fewer tickets this year. It's also a week later than last year.

No one can predict the weather in Texas. As one blogger noted today, we've had a disturbingly pleasant spring (i.e. it's May 5 and I still haven't turned my air conditioning on this year). Most of us assume that we'll be punished severely for it.

Two years ago it was nice in the 80s and it rained on the last day. Last year was unbearably hot and I saw a lot of people suffer from heat stroke.

How much are they jacking up prices on the next phase? How quickly do I need to get my act together and make a decision?
It's now at $95 and will be jacked up to $105 whenever they feel like it. Plus surcharges.

Viva la ACL.
Ecstatic.

ETA: Are you allowed to carry on speaker wire or should those of us already on the ground bring it?

Actually it was one of her funnier posts ever. Maybe she doesn't want to develop a reputation for that sort of thing. Better to surprise people with the occasional out-of-the-blue funny posts.

You are right. Unless a divorced woman could be considered to be single. So do some people rush into marriage to become a divorcee rather than be resigned to spinsterdom? Is that better?

3 entries found for spinster.
spin·ster ( P ) Pronunciation Key (spnstr)
n.
A woman who has remained single beyond the conventional age for marrying.
A single woman.
A person whose occupation is spinning.

Occupation is spinning? That sounds like good work if you can get it.

As to the second part of your post, it is clearly bc the botox is working

One must be 18 to buy tobacco products in most states.

Is it near the bridge where the bats live?

I am reminded of the phrase "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen."

Also, if any of the Texans could email me a list of swanky hotels close to the venue that would be nice.

How much are they jacking up prices on the next phase? How quickly do I need to get my act together and make a decision?

Sebby, can you go? I suspect you and I would choose the same bands to see.
And, lastly, is Aqualung a Tull cover band?
Shiiiiit. There are about a dozen bands on that list that I dig. When is it?

You quit the botox? Did your muscles get trained to stop moving to prevent wrinkles?
