I don't get this whole Holocaust revision deal. There are pictures. Living eyewitnesses (though fewer as time goes on). So do they say the camps were really spartan weight loss spas or what?

The elder Mr. Gibson does not dispute that Jews were killed, he just believes the numbers are exaggerated.

I watched Mel do an interview with Bill O'Reilly recently. I thought that crazy glint in Mel's eye during the Lethal Weapon movies was character. I'm not so sure anymore. His mannerisms indicate someone who is not in full control of his faculties. He's not nuts, nor is he stupid, but he ain't "right" either.

I hate to say it but I think Sue Hawk was full of shit and is totally gonna sue Survivor. Too bad she blew it by telling RUpert or whoever of her plans. Nobody likes someone who is litigious and stupid. But she was good entertainment. All the assholes from the first round are gone now. Why wasnt Kelly W. on this anyway? Negative points to Kathy for dissing Sue though. SOme thoughts are better kept to oneself. How did she know whether Sue was making shit up?

If you hear the actual interivew, he goes WAY past this kind of crap. He's not just questioning math, he goes into why Jews move around and how they really don't like to do work, are always looking for jobs where they can "just push pencils." I can't find a copy but he is extremelly anti-semetic.

I couldn't help but think that all of the contestants MUST have signed a litigation waiver protecting Mark Burrnett, CBS, and Survivor LLC. Which means the only person she could sue would be Hatch. And at most, he's got a mill or two.

And by quitting, didn't she just give Hatch exactly what he wanted?

1) I doubt a litigation waiver would include thbings like men rubbing their naked penii agsainst you. Can you even contract against this kinda thing? It seems beyond the scope of what such a reality tv K could include, but I am not a reality tv lawyer. Str8?

2) Even if the K would ban such a suit, do you think Sue Hawk would know this? If I am unsure, I cant imagine she could be certain? Hell, maybe her and Hatch were in cahoots and are planning to split the money?

I got the impression from what Rupert said that Sue was talking about suing Richard Hatch, not Mark Burnett or CBS. She was on the same tribe as Stacey so she has to have seen how a lawsuit against CBS could drag on forever and make her look bad. She would have a better chance of winning a lawsuit against Richard and it would cost her less than suing CBS and/or Mark Burnett.
