This was a great article, and he was the ONLY one who predicted this finals that I saw, and not just outcome but reason. He passed sometime Sunday. If he saw the first half he knew that it'd be a few more years before Luke gets to be White Magic.

He had the ability to be extremely poignant one minute and a classic race-baiter the next. Luckily, his writing was effective enough to overshadow the race crutch he always seemed to lean on.

I agree. He will be missed. He had the ability to make me energetically agree with him and forcefully disagree with him all in the same article. That's a sign of good journalism. Most of the Page 2 guys bore me to death.

You should know that Hank's timesheets have been revised recently, though. 6.5 hours to the client, described as "Thinking About Your Case," constituted a little too much time on the throne, if you know what I mean.
