He's alive or at least was by the end of the Dem primaries
Well, the good news is that the Justice Department will look after his right to vote.

WASHINGTON — Bush administration lawyers argued in three closely contested states last week that only the Justice Department, and not voters themselves, may sue to enforce the voting rights set out in the Help America Vote Act, which was passed in the aftermath of the disputed 2000 election.

8 of the 9/11 hijackers had registered to vote. So why not OBL?

And despite the stridently professed beliefs of several around here, he is clearly still alive.

And you know this how?
Did Kerry and Springsteen bring him out on stage?

Give me a link showing me what you're talking about. And then explain away the shots of our soldiers actually breaking the seals of the "shit" that you seem to think we didn't know anything about.
But, no matter what you say, you're arguing just to argue. You know you're wrong. You're just trying to grab onto any little thing to make it look like this mistake isn't a big deal. No one on your side can admit a fucking mistake when they see one.

Pretty close. His speech read like a Kerry commercial.
He may be dead today, but if so, he was alive during this campaign because he repeated Kerry's lines about GWB reading the book for 4 minutes or whatever it was after the first plane hit the WTC. If this doesn't motivate the Rep base to vote, I don't know what will.

Nothing should fire up hard-core Bush supporters like being reminded that Bush stayed with the first-graders when he was told that the country was under attack.
Damnit. Hillary and Michael Moore were supposed to tell Osama to keep quiet until after Tuesday.

I already have. A bookie just wants equal money on both sides. Clearly, their are bettors still willing to lay vig. I don't get it based upon my look at the polling data, but I don't believe in efficient market, or else why would Plated's Picks be so good?

Tradesports' price has been dropping all week and is down to $52.50.
And then there's RCP.

When Kerry and the other Senate-do nothings were frozen and speechless in front of the TV for over 20 minutes? Right.
