How the fuck do I get a live human being at Equifax? They neglected to remove a mistake from my credit report the other two places did and their 800 number is a computerized synthesized hell maze.

You have to send them a protest in writing anyway. Their address will be on their website. They have 60 days to correct the error and they are also required to send an updated report to any one they provided a report to with the mistake within a given period of time, which escapes me at the moment.
