Speaking of funny skits, did anyone see that skit on SNL a couple of weeks ago where there were two girls having a sleepover and the one SNL chick was running around the couch yelling "Rick! Rick! Rick! Rick!"? Cracked me up.

That was the first Chapelle bit I ever saw. I was hooked after that.

Like I tried to tell you in the parking lot the other night, I'm outta here. You can still tell your "friends" I'm still stalking you if you want, but it's not worth it any more. I tried to park across the street from your parents' house, but the neighbors said they'd call the police on me. Anyway, you don't leave the basement, so what's the point. There's no point in stalking you if you're just going to surf porn sites and eat Ho-Ho's. And I've had enough of your dad's Doberman. You keep telling me that you'll introduce me to chicks, but you don't seem to know any, so I don't think that's going to happen.

Had a rabbit, but after a couple of years the corkscrew separated from the body of the tool. I am now using this http://www.corkpops.com/ShopCPIII.html (Co2 powered cork popper). Big fun.

Because it makes me tuaom every time it's on.
Possibly. I admire that commercial for its ability to cloak a crappy, generic, strip-mall inhabiting chain restaurant in the guise of a neighborhood institution. It's evil, but it has some advertising juice.

In some of the neighborhoods they are in, they are all that can pass for an institution.

No way I'm opening a decent bottle of wine with that thing. The good news is it's still legal in 12 states.

But is it permitted under the Geneva Convention?

I imagine it depends on what one's trying to open, if you know what I mean, and I think you do.

Breaking Hockey News!

Calling Thrasher's Fan - here's a good reason to get some Lightning season tickets. You'll have to move to Tampa Bay, but think of the money you'll save while attending games.

Tampa Bay Lightning offer free beer to season ticket holders.

Tell me about it. One day I was driving home from work and noticed an Applebees had sprung up in the middle of a field. "That's odd," I thought to myself. "Why would you build an Applebees all the way out here? Why, there isn't a junior high coach to memorialize or junior fireman to admire for miles and miles." Next thing I know, like five days later, there are approximately 40,000 new houses plopped down on the surrounding farmland and I've got to find a new way to drive home.
