Anyway, welcome I guess, even if you are some kind of hoax-y sock-y thing like ppnyc.

ETA you must have added the distinctive ladybug thing recently.
I'm neither hoax-y nor sock-y, and I am definitely not like ppnyc (nttawwt, or maybe there is, but that's neither here nor there).

I posted in response to a Penske welcome yesterday. I have been lurking forever (seriously - since the yahoo days), and only just registered. Why now? Who knows.

If you don't drive for lunch then of course Versailles won't cut it. Go to Houston's. (Or Jody Maroni's in the food court.)

Just trying to be helpful.

You are very helpful -- now I have somewhere to go to lunch on Sat or Sun or whatever. They revamped the food court and I'm not sure Jody Maroni's is there anymore . . . I heart the hickory burger at houstons.

I saw three (3) episodes of The Office (US version) and it was funny. I'd rented both seasons of the british one.

I also hate the Dutch. I've hated them (with good cause) for nearly five years.

McAfee was purchased by Microsoft. Now, I will admit, my technology at home is not up to date, but I have run both Norton and McAfee on my computer at home, and McAfee really bogged my machine down, and was not particularly effective at blocking/removing certain threats, as I found out when my teenager clicked onto a link on her friend's MySpace page, and effectively killed the machine, until I brought it back from the dead.

Shouldn't that be YM, OC, MV?

Weird dat!

I've got you beat. I started disliking them in 1992 and developed a serious hatred for them in '95. The Brits aren't often much better, although on an individual basis there are numerous exceptions, your avatar among them.

I was mugged in Amsterdam. Pre 92. But my father has some Dutch blood. So I hate the Dutch, but i am also offended that all of you so openly expose hate for my people.

I made the mistake of with a client assuming [yeah, we *all* know what happens when you assume] that he was in London when he was in fact in Dublin. He didn't like that one much. But he was charming about it......

Cheese-eating maybe. He'll probably surrender to the foxes, though.

This is on par with that record Van Halen put out with the singer from Extreme.

Agreed. That's best kept in the home, for heavy gin evenings.

Notwithstanding your lack of knowledge of the OBE, you had me going. Until the Houstons reference....hickory burger indeed!
