Because he's hung like a horse, desperate, grateful, and always available.

Don't kid yourself. You're a lawyer -- you're not rich.

I would have sex with an ugly guy if he was really funny. In fact, I have. Not ugly, but not hot.

I would have sex with an ugly guy if he was really rich. In fact, I have.

Also, if he played the drums.

Some hot chick. It was a gift from Thurgreed. Was his name Clarence?

Funny guys can come paint my walls.

Hah.

Rich doesn't do it for me, even though I realize he might pay to have my walls painted expertly.

More particularly, he needs to consider both the straight bottom-line impact of the assessment on a monthly basis, and the potential imparct on the long term value of the property. A low assessment is good on the bottom line initially, but low assessments can mean shortcutting on maintenance and improvements, and next thing you know your property looks like the inner city and sells for half as much as the property down the road with the extra $50 a month assessment that they've been plugging into improvements the last ten years.

Which isn't to say high assessment = good, but I'd be warry of one siginificantly lower than what seems to be market.
Thanks. That's useful for comparing similar types of properties, and I am evaluating reserve policies, reserve amounts, recent capital improvements and maintenance and the like with a critical eye.

I'm trying to compare properties, though, in different types of condo associations. Six-flats vs. high-rises, etc., and I'm trying to better numerically describe my beliefs about how different kinds of properties in different areas will appreciate, and reconcile that with calculations of present and future impace of disparate assessments.

I do need an accountant, though. We will get together for deductible steak dinners and rogering with Heidi.

No, but Clarence is spending the whole day with me. I think I may take Clarence home and take a nap with him.

And did I mention that I have replaced all my incandescent lights with Reveal bulbs? The light cast from regular bulbs looks sickly yellow-green in comparison.
With all the discussions about dimmers and thermostats, my thoughts turn to home automation. Has anyoe tried out any of that X10 or similar hardware and software?

Hah! All I have to do is paint her bedroom.* Painters always pay very close attention to the trim.

*and, apparently, fuck her incessantly while doing so.

A girl with the clap has quite the opposite effect.

I think he enunciated enough when he was yelling it at you -- "I thought you said clapper, you bitch!"

Anyway, does anyone have an opinion on Sherwin Williams paints? I'm getting it for the bedroom because I want the same color I had in my old place, but I suppose I could go elsewhere for other colors . . .
