Brining with salt is redundant.

The author, Kazuo Ishiguro, is a Japanese guy raised in England. All of his books have this surreal edge to them (not really true of ROTD).
A friend is the buyer for a local book store, and she tells me that there's a new Ishiguro novel coming out soon, and that it's great.

I was responding to a post that said "brines with sugar" which upset another food timmy yesterday, because brining has to involve salt. So I included both.

You need to set up a Food Timmy Committee and develop a consistent policy on this crap.

Re: Books -- http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books Wind-Up Bird Chronicles. Weird, and I don't usually like weird, but I liked this one.

Sebby is getting a personal telephonic invite from me since he appears to be AWOL. Someone has to bring the mushrooms. Just keep your roast beef on Abba's bench and there shouldnt be a problem.
