I would have done this for the cut and paste:

A friend of mine had one of these on her car after her 3rd or 4th DUI (hard to keep track). The only problem (well not the only problem - but one of many) is that it doesn't distinguish who is blowing. Only that someone - anyone blow into the thing. All moot now that she totalled the car and is safely in jail.

gwnc mixed the metaphors. Or are you saying he's so poorly endowed that it doesn't touch the lining of the suit (which he wears not only for the lining, but also so he'll look like a hotshot)? THAT is just sad.
