I once asked a smart lawyer friend about what I could do about (private) waste disposal companies emptying dumpsters outside my apartment at 6:20 a.m., and making a hell of a racket while they did so. My lawyer friend knew off the top of his head that the local laws authorized garbage trucks to start picking up at 6:00 a.m. I still think that's merely a bad fact that shouldn't preclude my suit for nuisance and negligence. But instead, I moved. Now, garbage trucks don't come til 8:30 (at which hour I am usually, but not always, awake).

In any event, it's always good to see Pushy. When are you coming back to the place you belong?
