Well, Hank, you really only have the one option anyway, but there's still value in having a role model.

You gotta post that with some enthusiasm, like you just squished a cop.

My goal is to achieve a combination of the two.

On the bright side, I won't have as many pecans falling into my yard this fall.
They have no liability unless they had prior notice of some defect or disease relating to the tree. If the tree was hanging over your property line in the past, you should've asked them to trim it (it's a nuisance) or trimmed it back yourself, but you can't get them for any resulting damage due to the tree falling over.

My adivce? Go buy a cheap, small wood chipper and a hand saw. Free mulch and a good workout.

Or your could entice an electirc company crew with the prospect of, well, something. They've usually got the best equipment. Woodchippers, that is.

This from a man who spent an entire monday bitching about digging his own holes?

Dunno, but these usually do the job:

1. Keith is pretty rambling, incoherent.

2. Keith has a stable marriage, a hot wife, tons of dough and seems utterly down to earth and happy in interviews. Not a bad gig.

3. Mick is nuts; he can't grow old. Sad.

4. As long as people will pay $100, you should keep singing. The last few strones tours have been much better than most 80s-mid 90s Stones tours. They brought out a load of great old gems. But they need to lose the horns and extra musicians. Rock music like the Stones' rarely needs horn sections, extra precussionists, backup singers, etc... it really detracts from the raw sound that made the original cuts so good.

5. Dylan's live shit is overrated. I have the Rolling Thunder gig everyon cooed about. Sounds like standard coke-addled mid 70s rock. Nothing earth shattering.

6. Dylan's bizarre need to rearrange his songs is annoying. Isis should never be fucked with. Why he has to change its sound every time he plays it is frustrating. It works one way - the way it sounds on Desire. The heavy sped up versions blow. And Jack White's version of it also blows. Leave that song alone. It might be 7 of the greatest minutes in modern music.

Forget the chipper. We're talking pecan here. A wood that people pay good money to burn. That goes right in the smoker/barbeque. Cut it, stack it, and throw it on the grill.
