Based solely on the wealth-transfer I witnessed from my mother to her florist, I can definitely say that there are some florists out there who make a shitload of money.

Other jobs that can earn real money if you manage to cater to people with more money than sense:

Haircolorist
Manicurist (you would not believe what the maintenance on acrylics can run)
Theraputic masseuse
anything having to do with weddings
