What is wrong with you people. I know that were at least five of you that said to yourselves when you read my post either "that is one of the dumbest things I have ever read", "is he insane", or "he clearly does not understand the medical industry".
I guess your all just chicken.

Why should we institute a policy that encourages public transit where it's not really feasible or necessary?

It's a new way of looking at a problem, which I admire, but (1) I don't see how it would work, (2) it's treating the symptom, not the problem (I'll let you discuss healthcare reform with RT - I don't pretend to have any answers), (3) it would never receive popular support. Keep thinking, though.
