I think Hillary will use the same think. She will say that she is not sure but she might and I don't think the voters will hold that against her.

Spanky, you know I love you more than the Serbian who is denying your overtures ever will, platonically, but I am disappointed that you would take up the defence of the Shrillary-beast. Especially when Pirro is your type of candidate, and I don't mean just because of her comely good looks and sexuality.
However, you be right, only time will tell. In the mean time, every day between now and when she answers, I will ask Mrs. Clinton this question, publicly, on this Board, with a copy to the D.U., and I challenge her, nay I dare her, nay I double dog dare her to come into our public forum and answer the humble electorate. One.simple.question:
"Senator, if the voters of NY send you back to the Senate, will you pledge to serve a full term?"

So, "I don't know" is an acceptable response for the Empress, then. I'm sure she'll be happy to hear that.

In her case she realizes that it is not satisfactory. the people are witness to her power hungry greed and corruption. that is why she has not yet announced. Her handlers here and in RedChina are trying to formulate an workable lie, but it can't be done. Their best bet is a Bobby Kennedy scenario, where they kill the frontrunner just before the convention and have her step in as the saviour of the party by popular demand. Kerry narrowly dodged that bullet last summer.

I just heard Cindy Sheehan speaking on the TodayShow. I imagine that to anyone who has been involved in healthcare (and esp. mental healthcare) she is obviously either psychotropically medicated or severely mentally ill (and unfortunately not compliant with her meds).
The babyjesus prays her 15 minutes are up soon.

First, where do you find these pictures? Is there some sort of VRWC clipping service?
On to the substance. When my brother's reserve unit was sent to Iraq 2 years ago, my mother said some of the same things that Cindy Sheehan is now saying -- specifically, that it's easy for people who don't have their military service age children serving in harm's way to talk about "honor" and "duty" and "sacrifice." She specifically asked my brother why he should go if Jenna and Barbara and George P. weren't there. (Then my grandmother mentioned how all of FDR's kids enlisted, and one of them was killed, and my mother said that the dead one was actully Teddy Roosevelt's son, and then my grandmother said that she thought one of the FDR kids died. But I digress.)
You may think that she's crazy, but here in the red state where I live and work, I've heard quite a few mothers of kids in the military agree with her, and get pissed off at the commentary from Fox et al dismissing her as a dupe.

Too late, NotBob. Penske has already placed Ms. Sheehan in the "clearly hates America" bucket, and the photoshopped vilification campaign has begun.
I can't imagine that anything will change this dynamic for our intrepid poster unless and until the GOP starts losing congressional seats in the Red states in '06, at which point Ms. Sheehan will become a misguided soul who was corrupted by those goddamned liberals who brought her a sandwich on the highway outside Crawford.

But you live in a blue part of a red state, or at least bluish, don't you? The moms I know feel for her lose, and can appreciate her grief. Uniformly they disagree with her action.
Does a man killed in Iraq deserve less respect than one killed in Afghanistan? Do you disagree with having troops in Afghanistan? The Bush girls are also not in Afghanistan.

Were/are any of these "children" minours when they enlisted? Were they drafted? I don't understand the issue. They are adults who made a decision to honour and defend their country and the concept of Freedom. Why would Cindy Sheehan disrespect such a noble decision of her adult son?
Also, fwiw, anecdotally, I know or have been acquainted with a number of Red State parents who have adult children in the military who are supportive of that decision and our Commander in Chief.
None of this makes any difference to the obvious fact that Sheehan is equal parts mentally ill (and for that I have compassion for her, but take some personal responsbility for yourself and get med compliant Cindy) and a Soros shill. Perhaps Soros and MOveon.org could be prosecuted for taking advantage of a mental invalid? Is that a crime?

Dude, thats like filling out parking tickets down there. I'd bet they were stamped by a clerk while W was in the parking lot, playing whiffle ball with his aides.
I can see the harried clerk screaming out the window now...
"George, which stamp should I use? The full signature or the initials?"
"Hold on a sec... lemme strike this fucko out first. Watch the movement on this ball. Its got holes on one side... It breaks like a motherfucker."
"Yes, sir. I am familiar with whiffle technology... But sir, the state atty general is waiting in the office!"
"'Snow Dog's' there? Fuck woman, why dinya say so? Send him down here. These wimps need a good DH."
"But sir, which stamp?"
"Shit... ask Karen Hughes. And where's Perry with my fucking lemonade? Its hot out here. Now watch this pitch..."

Gatti, you give me too much credit. I have made no placement, rather Cindy Sheehan has aligned herself with the hate America crowd. Unlike the pc namby pamby effette liberal elitists, I don't have an issue with pointing it out.
A sad and tragic choice. I imagine her son is looking down with the babyjesus by his side and sharing a weep.

As long as the liberals run a campaign predicated on the twin pillars of hating God and Freedom, i think the GOP is safe.

FWIW, I would be in favour of mandatory one to two year service conscription for all Americans upon their 18th birthday. The service could be in the military or some other support function or civil service (for those unable for physical reasons to actually be soldiers). No exemptions.

Do Baby Jesus and Full Grown Jesus hang out together? Or is it like a Clark Kent and Superman thing...
Or are there two Jesuses up there? I'm confused as to how Baby Jesus went to Heaven. They didn't crucify a baby, did they?
And why would her son be in Heaven? He might have been gay, or masturbateed, or not been baptized, or have believed in evolution, or not gone to Church, or picked a religion other than the one true religion. You assume too much.
