A criminal charge would be a travesty. The woman has already lost a significant load of cash over her decision not to use the loo at the club for her activities. I mean really. She is 31 and has a kid - are we really to believe that people didn't know that she had help maintaining her girlish figure? Janice Dickenson taught me that being a supermodel means never having to say you're sorry for illicit substance abuse. Has the world turned upside down? What next? Arrest Cheech for being a pothead?
