Nah, he was just doing a short hand for Guy Ritchie's first two films: 1.) Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and 2.) Snatch.
I don't think anyone's seen his third one (Swept Away).

These are cute little ball things that I think gwnc posted a picture of at some point. They differ in form and function from, say, the Muffin Mucker, a cut-rate rabbit-type vibrator, and are too large to serve the function of similarly-constructed balls that I have heard are used anally.
So, one could get three things -- German balls, anal balls, and Muffin Mucker -- and they'd be not just different like golf clubs are different, but like the golf spikes, golf ball, and golf clubs.

Not that I'm a big fan of porn (why would I lie about that here?), but "German" and "porn" just do not strike me as words that belong together. I have no doubt that they make great toys (somehow I suspect that their BDSM stuff is probably the state of the art), but porn? I dunno.

I'm not a big fan of Germans in general and generally get annoyed hearing them speak their nasty little Himmler gibberish.
