Well, this explains why neither social rejection nor having my teeth drilled without novacaine fazes me -- my anterior cingulate cortex is fucked up. I would like to thank fringey for solving this lifelong mystery for me.

I've known this for years. However, it is an easily treatable condition.

I prescribe hallucinagenics. Preferably peyote, but mushrooms will do. In a pinch, even a bit of acid will help.

For me, our relationship is somewhat akin to this one time that I really liked a guy and he didn't like me and was mean all the time and in some sick way I think that is why I liked him. You are a bit unobtainable for me, a challenge.
