Kate Moss

I don't think of it as being the same as other celebrity endorsements (unless you're talking about models being the face of a perfume). Jordan pushing gatorade on us makes sense because his performance is supposedly enhanced by the product. Tiger wearing a Rolex shows that if you have a Rolex, you can be like Tiger.

I guess it's kind of the same thing with supermodels. But I always thought that the real goal was to make the clothes look as nice as possible. Clearly I was wrong and it's mostly the face/name that sells the clothes.

Kate Moss looks great in photos. But there are thousands of models who are hotter than she is. If I owned a clothing line I would use someone just as hot who gets out of bed for less than $100,000.

But I would also cast all my films with talented no-names instead of drawing from the same Samuel L. Jackson, Julia Roberts, John Travolta, George Clooney, etc. well.

TM
Its the simple law of economics- supply and demand- she is in the ten percent of post adolescents with no cellulite on her ass AND she is strikingly beautiful and chic looking. Supermodels aren't super bc they are "hot", its bc they have a certain look.

Now you might think your perfect round ass chick who you have posted to here is "hot' and even hotter than Moss, but she does not have a look that makes you want to buy whatever she is endorsing (unless its gwinky's ass-seat) She is cheap, tawdry and common looking and anything she advertised would be diminshed to that level. Kate Moss is a striking beuaty with far set eyes, incredible bone structure and gorgous skin. She is also incretibly thin without looking all Lara Flynn about it. Amd that rare combo built her a name that in turn increases her value.

Remember, high fashion models are not pitching to the hornies like Thurgreed and Coltrane, but to the aging dowagers with money and the need to show their chicness on the Upper East Side and the Hamptons (also to gals who aspire to this position when they become as aged, aka Vogue readers). These gals aint buying the fluffy panties of Assletta the Model Preferred by TM.

An unpleasant sensation in one's head is what Black Sabbath produces as well. Think if it more as a metaphor than an analogy.

For Weed

Weed? Is this your doing?

BERLIN - A German brewery has promised to pour 10,000 liters of free beer for fans of the first Bundesliga team to beat Bayern Munich.

Bayern is unbeaten this season and riding a league record 15-match winning streak. Opposition fans fear the club will run away with the title for the second straight year.

"Both us [sic] and the fans want some suspense in the season,'' Bitburger spokesman Dietmar Henle. "We hope this will encourage the fans to cheer on their team even more. Nothing against Bayern, but there must be some excitement.''

Bitburger will up the offer by 1,000 liters every time Bayern doesn't lose. The brewery has extra incentive to inject excitement into the season - it sponsors a popular TV sports highlights show.

What I want to know is how Shape Shifter got promoted over me to an unignorable position. I smell discrimination.

That's not discrimination you smell.

Every so often, though quite rarely, I think "man, this would be a really good time to be single."

Take yesterday, for instance. Work has taken me to a distant part of the state. But I finish up pretty early, and decide to hit a couple of area wineries, since I don't get down that way often. Ended up tasting wine with an extremely cool chick from Athens, GA, who was doing the same thing as me (finished work, checking out some wine before heading back to Portland, where she's stay the night before flying out the next day). Smart, funny, reasonably hot, and a killer accent. Good musical tastes, even (both new stuff and a double-diget Dead show count). Digs wine.

Now, were I single, this would have been one helluva one night stand opportunity. Maybe even an excuse to visit Athens some time. But, I'm happily-married-with-kids guy, so not for me.

I think I actually developed something of a crush on this girl. I don't know when that last happened.

Ehh, she was probably a lousy lay anyway.
I assure you that I am a fabulous lay and I create blowjob camels out of ordinary men. But my accent is Northeastern, darlin.

if your marriage ever hits the rawks, you know I got the first dibs. I invented loving you.
