Can we exchange nonononono for NFH? Or pj?

Crying is not required. Just go. Dry-eyed.

"Comeback"? No, not at all. I was sharing.

Show tunes!

I forgot to mention that I did end up getting dragged to "Rent" by Mrs. Not Bob the other day.

Rosario Dawson, mmmmm. I was, however, annoyed by the relationship her character had with the guy who looked like Bobby from "Taxi." The relationship between the Law & Order detective and the transvestite was more believable and touching.

But she does look goooood.

For the comic (and movie) geeks

Oooh!

Beast! (Did that look like a fastball special?) Angel! Dark (?) Phoenix! No Gambit which is probably for the best, because I'd hate for them to royally fuck up my favorite character with bad casting like they did with Storm. Will they do the Magneto removing the adamantium from Wolverine's bones thing? Sorta looks like it from the trailer.

(More trailers)

ETA: I should have known that when I saw this trailer that it was directed by this man. I think this is the movie that has the entire country of Austrialia pissed off at Brad Pitt over because he quit at the last second to do Troy instead.

And I still think that Aronofsky needs to get off his ass and direct Batman vs. Superman already.

And the answer is "yes."

How will Thurgreed respond?

Not if I don't know what the hell you are talking about. It turns out ignorance really is bliss.

Merry Half-Bastille Day.

I'm sure Mr. Man can enlighten you. It's a hair band song. Ask him to serenade you at the holiday gathering.

ETA Motley Crue (with umlaut), to be specific.

No need. Fringey already handled it. Light work. Remember?

Wow, that looks really fucking cool. And fuck Pitt. Jackman fits the role better anyway.

Looking at the trailer, I'm thinking that Aranofsky was thinking 12 Monkeys/Fight Club/Snatch Pitt, not Ocean's 11/Mr. & Mrs. Smith/Troy Pitt, so I also think it's probably for the best. And I think that Jackman is hot, so I'm ok with this.

My favorite piece of trivia from the IMDB page on Requiem for a Dream: Most movies contain 600 to 700 cuts. Requiem for a Dream contains over 2,000.
