I was referring to the type of poll where you select one of a plurality of options and the percentages are auto-magically computed out to two decimal points and bar-graphed in pretty colors, rather than having individuals post answers. Some users, such as myself, may not want to divulge their genders and/or orientation so explicitly (or at least, not yet). And other users, who are impatient, may not want to slog through a bazillion posts on this subject.

Of course, maybe the folks on this board already know my gender and orientation simply from reading my posts since, according to one study, we give away our gender in our writing style.

I agree, quit bugging the old pedophile, he's brittle and if you break him, we won't have him to play with. Furthermore, if your schtick is going to be restricted to being just an ass or just a lesbian, both have been done before. I don't think we've had an ass that is a lesbian before so I guess you could fill that role. Alternatively, there is an often reprised role (newcomer who makes ass of self and leaves forever) that many of us would not mind you filling.
