90% of women are wearing the wrong size bra.

Or so I'm lead to believe by ads in major newspapers.

Sebby. i want my health too.
I'm dieting [lower carbs, salmon and shrimp at lunch skim milk coffees/espresos] and running. With the wack assed hours I pull that is all I can do.

Why don't you post what you thought I would post and I'll give you my honest opinion on if I think you're delusional.

I thought you would post that I was pretty or had a pretty face, not totally stunning and that I was slightly thick or chunky which you did. YOu said I don't even register pretty. I've been called beautiful and that isn't wackadoo, man.

Not sure. more miles, faster pace, more endurance. DTB told me to go slow, and that SO helped [thanks DTB!] I've only been back into it for 3 months. I used to bang out 5 miles good pace, good time, and then I well, as TM pointed out, let myself go for a good couple of years.

So you can do boot camp but your pace is still slow? I don't mean that in a bad way I'm just trying to understand how that translates one to other........hmmm thoughts?
I don't know if my pace is still slow or not because I haven't been focusing on the straight through running in a few weeks. On top of my boot camp, I do take a running class on Monday nights, but it's more hill and short sprint intensive so it doesn't really tell me much about my speed. When we run in boot camp, it's usually at the beginning of the class and I don't try to go too fast because I know that I have about two hours of resistance training, stair running, ab work, rowing, pilates, calesthenics, etc. ahead of me.

I imagine that I'll probably be a bit faster than I was before I started boot camp if only because I weigh a bit less.

you actually run in Boston, and Penske pretends he can run fast, so you two really aren't good sources for advice for the average starting runner.

Well, a friend thinks one of my cats looks like a grizzly bear cub, and I think he's pretty cute, and I let him sleep in my bed, so that might work.

I think she was waiting for you to offer her a straw, and then she'd take it from there...
