That was my assumption. I would have blocked access from his ISP months ago. I tried when I was an admin. at Infirm. I find he ruins the board's readability, wastes my time, and is not funny. In fact, he is the single largest detraction to this BBS. Paigs may be KOO KOO, but she at least adds value.
