Under those parameters, I'd go for either The Core (bunch of guys going deep into the earth to detonate nuclear bombs), The Hunted (Tommy Lee Jones hunts down Benico Del Toro, psycho marine that kills people even though war is over (sic)), or Lord of the Rings (assuming you haven't seen it and you have the three hours to kill).
