Seemed to work out so well,
But I sent you this card.
Now we're going to hell.

It's bad enough people can't write out a simple, personalized "thank you" on a 5x8 sheet of white or ecru writing paper but rather resort to cards with dalmatian puppies or reprints of a Monet to express the simplest concept of gratitude, and that prospective wedding guests everywhere are presumed to lack the refinement to draft a proper response to an invitation, but now one needs a greeting card to inform her married lover that she can't continue the relationship any longer? Isn't that what text messages are for?

Our society is going to hell.
Baby, I told you, I've been busy. I promise to send you a handwritten thank-you note, as soon as I finish washing my hair in Europe.

OH. MY. GOD.

Well, there goes the Prague idea. If I can't use a card for the occasion owing to improper verb usage, I guess the adultery thing is out.

>>But there was another element of her posts that unnerved me. Most parents don't like to think the person watching their children is there for a salary. We often build up a mythology of friendship with our nannies, pretending the nanny admires us and loves our children so much that she would continue to visit even without pay.

Wahh, yuppies complaining about the help. Fucking die.

I'm told that there's another hot nanny who's now looking for work:

Jude Law bangs nanny

Kruk is so fucking dumb is embarrassing. Harold Reynolds wasn't doing himself any favors by claiming that Jon Garland was performing so well b/c he is a 5th starter and gets to face other 5th starters. Right, b/c 5th starters match up with each other for the rest of the year -- dumbass.
This is one of my biggest pet peeves about baseball writing/commentary. It's like they think it's squash or college tennis or something. Fucking idiots.

I've written about 1000 emails over the last 6 months with "BNB" in the subject line. And I always get a tangy and zesty feeling when I do it. So a tip of the cap to my favorite sexy Floridian (if that is where you're at . . . it's hard to keep track).

P.S. Go see the remake everyone. It's funny! It's good!

Isn't that the point of getting a nanny? Shit, go to greataupair.com and look at the hot 20 year olds from Sweeden and France. And yes honey it is OK for her to be nude around the house if she feels more comfortable that way.

I certainly hope not. (Uh, no offense, nfh.)

Apropos of nothing, I like the re line -- sounds like I have a variety show on CBS circa 1975. And, TM, you are right about the play. Stupid. And also right that no one cares because it isn't the ALCS. And about Leiter. And my missing zero.

I'm going to have to press you to explain all of this to me.
