I will have a person at my house in two weeks for a party who has two DUIs and has not spent minute one in jail. The number of people who've been pulled over for driving on suspended licenses multiple times is simply staggering.

It is not that big of a deal, and I say that as someone who practice in Philadelphia and Camden in the criminal system, whcih I can assure you, in the pantheon of filthy crime-riddled hotspots, is hardly "provincial" or "parochial."

For driving on a suspended licence, as a probation violation."

Granted, he's an advocate, but the fact remains. Her name and the way she treated the court system contributed to this. Sauer is also known for being a tough judge.
