Last week's style section of the Times had two great black dresses with dots (I think). Either of those, or something like it, could be girly enough for the event and dressed up or down through Spring and Summer.
Leagl, I have already given you my fashion advice for tomorrow: look in your closet.

Who's getting married on such a spur?
Listen to E/O. She sounds like she knows what she's talking about.
And shouldn't you be getting some sleep?

Who says you can't? Louisville magazine posted a page of examples of dress for derby events, including one woman in a black pantsuit, with some white details. But if you've got the bod though, I recommend the dress on top. It looks smokin'.

Coup-kie, I wouldn't be caught dead in any of the ladies' ensembles. (As for the dress on top, I like the cut but not the color.)
The jacket in the bottom pic -- the one on the left -- will look great on my man, though. Maybe with a nice pair of jodhpurs. Now that's smokin'!
Are you a regular reader of Louisville mag, or did you check it out just for me?

The Midwestern hairless
Did the Slavey/shavey thing (above the waist) for medical reasons...
Mrs. Wonk was highly amused, and it did increase sensitivity. On the whole, though, I have to say it's way too high maintenance for me. May decide to keep the back smooth in summer time though.
Just my thoughts for the morning.

Uh... well... As long as you agree that women are insane as well.
And at the risk of being more than a little late to the party, let me just say that I am more than a little familiar with the kind of guy who says he is really bad at reading women's signals and say there is an excellent chance that his question is meant to prompt action on your part that leaves no doubt about signals. Anyway, as others have said, if you want him, go for it.

I sympathize some because I'm generally not a fan of spring and summer colors myself. But don't be caught up in that all black thing. Thurgreed 's native new yorkers can have that. Black is boring.

The latter, but I'd have done the same for MR. I like trying to answer questions like that.

The Brazenette has arrived
I am too sleep deprived to play ketchup, but wanted to let you all know that the Brazenette arrived Tuesday, March 25 at 2:09 pm. She weighed 7 lbs, 4 ozs, and was 19 1/2 inches long.
We are both glad to be home, and are settling in nicely.

I hate Texas
The University of Texas that is . . . but only for its sports fans.
Now, the only thing between me and a really really irritating off-season is Syracuse.
Go Orangemen!

It wasn't a real relationship, babe. Get over it.

Because deep inside every uber-cynic like me is one hell of a devasted romantic. If he'd just retire into perverted obscurity like every other has-been child star I could blissfully forget.
And no, I didn't wear that crap (or have his poster). And don't trivialize Rick Springfield. General Hospital sucked forever more after he left.
