Yeah dummy Abba. You should've writ "I stopped by to holla at ya (or atcha), but you were outtie." Get with the program.
I thought I'd made a good bet yesterday. I bet the Raptors +9.5 at Dallas, then at halftime, with the Raptors enjoying an 8 point lead, and knowing how these things go with the Ratpors, I bet the Mavs -9 for the second half. I thought for sure I'd win both bets, until the Raps turned the ball over 12 times in the 4th quarter or something and lost the game by 21. Oh well, at least I hedged.
Any thoughts on this board if the Jets will show up this weekend and play the Pats tough? I'd love to go against New England if given any reason to do so. What about the NYG this weekend in Dallas. Are they going to continue to phone it in?

Technically, yes, but that's about the only additional qualification necessary if your Daddy is the senior senator from South Carolina. If I recall, the younger Mr. Thurmond was not out of law school a year before he was appointed.

Well, I started with this:
"Well, that's a greeting, not a signoff, so he'll at least be a little confused."
And went on to this:
"Well, I don't really "play", actually, but I'm greeted with that at least twice daily, and no one has ever used it as "peace out". But YMMV, I guess."
Followed by this:
"I don't think it's pretentious if they're Hindu. "Pretentious" is sort of reserved for . . . well . . . . you."
And the rest was pretty much just the generic "please don't post when you're high, Paigow" stuff.
So, as to the "where you are wrong" part, I'd say, wherever you're living right now, I guess.

I am glad I saw this post before I actualy followed Paigow's desperate exhortation that I read the original posts. Now, here they are all lined up for me and I am more convinced then ever that Bilmore's original post was not intended to convey that the word is ubiquitously used by Minnesotans; nor was it intended to convey who was using the word. I am also more convinced then ever that Paigow's responses to that end were nothing short of delusional. I also feel quite certain that Bilmore's original post was, instead, intended to convey that the word namaste is a greeting, not a signoff. I inferred that from his words: "Well, that's a greeting, not a signoff."
Later, instead of assuming that Bilmore was implying that the word was frequently used by hundreds of ludicrously pretentious Minnesotans, as Paigow did, I assumed he was pointing out that, based on his experience (which included approxiamtely twice daily contact with the word), it was intended as a greeting, and not as the Hindu equivalent of "peace out." I inferred that from his use of the words: "but I'm greeted with that at least twice daily, and no one has ever used it as 'peace out'." At that point, it was pretty obvious to me that Bilmore had daily contact, most likely at work, with one or more Hindus who correctly used the word. Why this was not also obvious to Paigow is not entirely clear, although I think some later posts coincidentally provided some speculation regarding this point.

I don't think Prince is shorter than a hobbit. I could be wrong though.
Even if he was, I'd still have sex with him. Not that this is relevant to the discussion at all. I'd even have a three-way with Bn'B (gratuitous man-pleasing reference)

Jets should play NE tough. They usually do. And in typical fashion, they are playing better at the end of the season than they did early on. Giants are a guaranteed loser if Palmer plays again instead of Collins. They cannot win with him.
Word is that Fassel is definitely out. Any NY press on whether Herm will get another chance?
I heart Herm.

Thank you. It's about time someone noticed that we of the moon-shaped countenance have a legitimate fashion interest in maintaining the goatee.
