Go back to the vet.
In high school, while my parents were away on vacation, I came outside the house to hear a plaintive mewling. Upon investigation, I found one of our cats lying on the pavement with a slimy liquid trailing behind it. I called Animal Control which told me the cat needed to be put down because maggots had eaten it from the inside out. Apparently, the cat, which had suffered a leg injury a few months earlier, had become unable to adequately clean itself after shitting, flies had laid eggs in the unremoved fecal matter around her anus, and the resulting maggots moved inside.
Ok, off to lunch. I have some shame and will not bore you with my five albums.

The story was a fine gross out, but it makes no sense to me. What kind of pet owner calls Animal Control when they have a sick animal? Why not a/your vet?
I call bullshite!

That was a serious post. As a long time animal rights advocate and a committed critic of Seattle's Animal Control, I don't understand the concept. I don't even like cats so much (except for Fringey's cats eta: and the Paigow's cats), but I would still bring one to the vet over calling the idiots at animal control.

On the unlikely chance you are serious, I had no idea then (and have no idea now), who our vet was, and I was not touching that leaky, seepy, crying cat to take it anywhere.

Oh, the insanity.
She will plead insanity for repeatedly having sex with a 14 year old. I know it is an old lament, but where were the insane teachers when I was in high school?
Oh, and the cross necklace is a nice touch. heh, heh, heh, I said touch.

I like the cross she's wearing. Cuz she's found Jesus since she went crazy and all, so she's not all that bad anymore.

You could have taken it to the vet before it got leaky and seepy.
eta: Nice to see you're no longer ignoring penske.
efta: You're gonna get in trouble for this, Less. I'm telling spanky.

Hunh. My HS didn't have 24-year-old teachers, period.

Her lawyer thinks she's too pretty to go to jail: "To place an attractive young woman in that kind of hell hole is like putting a piece of raw meat in with the lions," said Fitzgibbons. "I'm not sure she would survive."

He shouldn't worry. Without makeup and blowouts and regular bleach jobs, she'll be mediocre.
