Folks in Red Sox Nation will watch so we can see Trot get another ring. MLB should market Kenny Lofton to the AARP crowd, that should boost the ratings a bit.

Hey, I'm just happy it's not the Braves again. That tomahawk chop business has got to be the second most irritating thing in all of MLB.

Rerun is Lucy and Linus Van Pelt's younger brother.

Dan Shaughnessy gets a dime every time someone uses the phrase. You think he would have retired to a private island in the Caribbean on the money he made from coining "The Curse Of The Bambino," but apparently he's a greedy motherfucker.

Apparently barely and I have to give ABBA cookies if we want her to play with us. That sounds about right.

Holy crap. I didn't even know he WAS a character. I thought they were confusing him with that guy from What's Happenin'??

An easy mistake to make, I admit.

This sucks.

So I was out at a hearing today (I KNOW!! ME!! A HEARING?!?), and when it adjourned (that's the fancy word that we hearing-attenders use for "let out"), I figured I'd have lunch today, so drove by this farm stand-y place and ordered a sandwich.

I drive back to my office, open my lunch, and it's NOT the sandwich I wanted. And there's nowhere near me to eat, really, except for a place that puts the "gross" in "grocery store".

So I'm eating a crap sandwich -- without the onions, so I don't get bad breath.

I saw a comedian last weekend who was talking about a strip club in Utah. The main draw stripper put the "Ass Tease" in "Ecclesiastes." That made me giggle.

What the hell...?

On my myspace page, I received a friend invite from someone billing himself as a "food novelist".

Can someone give me an idea what the hell that is?

Anything like a real estate novelist, who never had time for a wife?
