RT,
I totally agree with 1, wish I could help on 2,3, and 4. As for 5, you should bring a small gift for your cousin as a reward for hosting his own engagement announcement dinner. That is very admirable.
I sympathize on 6 because I now regret the surgery I had to correct nearsightedness, as I am getting very slightly farsighted (quite early for that, drat) and would be approaching the break-even point in a few years.
Also sympathize on 7 -- I hope finally to finish taxes tonight, along with a bottle of shiraz. I'm assuming you have both turbotax and alcohol in the house?

There may be an inverse relationship between shiraz consumed and your expected refund.
My addition to the list: Cashiers who hand you bills and then stack the change on top of them on your hand in an architecturally precious but nevertheless annoying way.

Apparently it is. I was told that my corneas are still thick enough for it to be done once more, but not again after that.

Now I'm worried about your peepers. It sounds like the surgeon is talking about a pre-finished hardwood floor. Are you sure you want to do that?

A few things that bug me today
I have two things that bug me today:
(1) Not having a good excuse between meetings thereby getting volunteered to find hotel rooms for a friend's bachelor party, and
(2) Still not getting invited to the stupid bachelor party.
Even(yes, I am a girl, but still . . . )Odds

Yeah. My father has four first cousins that are opthalmologists and we vetted every single person who could possibly touch my eyes before settling on the best guy in town. My surgeon is probably the number one laser surgeon in the city. He's published very well, he's been awarded a chair by the medical school he's affiliated with, his research has been very successful, and most importantly, he has the respect of his peers. I have no problem with his touching my eyes again.

Hey if you located the room, you know where it'll be - crash it.

Another RT link.
This is kinda fun, especially if you dig New York:
Mr. Beller's Neighborhood
(spree: hard to explain, but nothing you wouldn't want someone to see unless they're offended by a map of lower Manhattan)

Two things that bug you today
Book the room and then book the room next door for the bachelorette party. Sit back and watch the entire delicious situation unfold.
Better than watching MBA, I'd bet.

For it to a dirty little secret, someone would have to actually attach some value to the distinctions of "class" that only you make. I haven't seen anyone else here give a flying fuck about "class" other than to be offended that you use it as an insult.

Elimination
That was SO wrong!!!!!!!! How could they send home Rickey before Carmen or the Skanky Kim? How could Carmen NOT be in the bottom 3?
Is this a sign of the impending apocalypse?
That makes me sad. I liked him.

Can anyone draw?
I made the following:
![](http://prodtn.cafepress.com/8/5508448_F_tn.jpg) (this is a mouse pad)
I even made a thong:
Not to mention boxers:
But there are two problems with it. Well mainly one. The gavel isn't mine. I found one on the web and altered it, so I don't think it is appropriate we actually use it. Even though it is available for free, I don't think it would be a good idea to actually use it as our logo.
My problem is that while I can manipulate an image (this is what it looked like originally) ]
I cannot, in fact, draw.
Can anyone draw a gavel that we can use instead?
Also, I kind of liked the idea of making the gavel the T in LawTalkers.
What do you guys think?
