I would also have added Captain Nemo's "Nautilus"; Speedracer's Mach 1; "The Nebucadnezzar"; The BMW m5 and the Audi s8 from "Ronin" (best car chase ever, IMHO).

Things that suck
From that same article:
"Now, the sensible person who is trying to give up masturbation would alter their behavior so as to decrease the temptation. But to mew, that just seems like cheating. So, I still do my daily rounds of internet porn. I start off at www.extrabigboobs.com (still the best in terms of quality and variety, in my opinion), then I swing over to alt.stories.erotica.tiffany-amber-thiessen to see if kellyluvr03 has posted anything new, then wrap things up over at www.galaxy-of-terror.com to see what’s up in the world of tentacle rape. Tempting, sure, but it’s better than being left wondering what I’m missing out on."
spree: I have not clicked on the links, but I would guess that they are NOT work safe.

X-Files got better, actually, once they moved on to the alien conspiracy shows, which wasn't until their second or third season.
Seinfeld got better - the first couple seasons were often stilted and slow and the characters undeveloped.
And, speaking of this, I found that "Trio" channel on cable that is playing reruns of Letterman's first seasons - while I was still in high school and not watching him yet. Fucking hilarious.

Things that suck
This killed me:
"All I have to look forward to is what will most likely be a quick, ham-fueled jerk-off session on Easter Sunday. And that seems fundamentally unjust."
Nothing is better than a sacred occasion jerk. You need to get the lead out on those solemn occasions (funerals, weddings, interviews, holidays), so you can cope level-headely with the horribly boring ceremonies you will attend.

Ahh, Pre-Cana. Ours was in a church basement in Brooklyn with about fifty other couples (we opted for the one-day course rather than the full week retreat, as tempting as it sounded). All I took away from it was (1) 90% of the couples there had met in a bar, and (2) Jesus wants you to tell your prospective spouse about your $50,000 worth of credit card debt/drug addiction/STDs before you march up to the altar. Sound enough as far as I was concerned, and they didn't talk about the Sex.

Screw that.
This one is the shit.
And the commentary with it says it all:
"I’m not much of a Trekkie, but the even I have to admit the transporter is fucking dope. Yeah, so it doesn’t make a lot of sense, but let’s not get into some retarded debate about it. Nerds."

Nonsense. I have the telescope set up. You're jerking off to National Review again. "Ohhhh, Mitt Romney... they could set a clock to your haircut..."

Is it possible to suck worse than Ted Nugent? I'm struggling to think of any 70s arena rock worse than him. I know there must be something, but its hard... He's really, really awful.
