Sheesh. Quit it, you two. It's like watching Benny from LA Law try to one-up Gilbert Grape.

Thank you. That's actually pretty accurate, with me being Gilbert. Actually, one could say that Gilbert has a dutiful part to his personality that I lack- but still i'm flattered. unless you meant Arnie Grape.

I'm getting a contact high just anticipating Hank's next post here.

eta: Whoops, wrong board. I guess that's a good sign that you've had too much malt liquor.

Speaking of contact highs, am I seeing things or did Jessica Rabbit change her outfit?

This mistake is easily made, as Gilbert and Arnie's momma is a dead ringer for Hank's.

Saw a bio on the Sopraonos. Denise Borino was a Jersey housewife who answered an open audition, and grabbed the plum Ginny Sack role. I guess it would be cool to have your mom on Sopranos, but not sure when its as a woman who is so fat she almost gets her hubby killed.

Death Pool Standings

Not too much change. There are 4 people tied for first with 2 picks each. They are: flinty, barely legal, fugee and ncs.

Most of the rest of the field now has one pick right, with str8 falling out of the tie for the lead as a result of his failure to pick Ronnie.

Players with zero correct picks so far: Shape Shifter, Jack Manfred and Hank.

I thought grades were supposed to be confidential.

That's the default rule. But you and Jack and I are always giving advice out on everything. ncs just thought for public service reasons she should let everyone know that you don't have clue 1 about what the fuck you're talking about.

Fuck. I'll never grade on to Death Pool Review at this rate. Looks like I'll have to write on. Anyone have a rec for a photogenic copy editor?

Punk Rock Guitarist Robert Quine Found Dead

By Chris Morris and Jonathan Cohen

LOS ANGELES/NEW YORK (Billboard) - Guitarist Robert Quine, one of punk rock's most daring soloists, was found dead Saturday in his New York apartment. He was 61.

According to close friend and guitar maker Rick Kelly, who discovered Quine's body, the musician died of a heroin overdose Memorial Day weekend. He had been despondent over the recent death of his wife.
