There is not much difference, in my experience. Both use lots of yoghurt and lamb, chicken, basmati rice, walnuts, pistachios, chickpeas, saffron, cinnamon.
I think Persian uses more eggplant and pomegranate, but that could have just been a quirk of the Persian restaurant I used to eat at in Toronto.

How come only 2 of them had boob jobs?
And the one on the right is a little thick in the waist. Too much Indian?

The two on the left appear to be twins. The one on the right does not appear to be a triplet - her eyes are different from the other two.

It seems to me that food from Morocco, through the rest of Arabia and into Afghanistan doesn't change much. Even Turkish food seems pretty similar. Am I just to ignorant to appreciate the distinct and significant differences?

I am a Change Agent
Apparently the WaPo reads this board and cares what I say. The story has been updated; although they still hold on to "youthful," which could mean Mark Foley with Botox.

Priest Acknowledges Intimate Contact With Foley
By Howard Schneider and Debbi Wilgoren
Washington Post Staff Writers
Thursday, October 19, 2006; 2:00 PM
A retired priest from Malta acknowledged today that he had intimate contact with a youthful Mark Foley that involved nudity and -- on at least one occasion -- "light touching," but denied that he and Foley had "sexual intercourse."

You need to eat at more upscale Middle Eastern / North African places, where more of the local flavor comes out.
Though, in my experience, it is the Armenian restaurants that have the best belly dancers.

I agree, especially about the Turkish food. I just think they use mostly the same ingredients so there is a lot of similarity. I don't think you're ignorant, but Kelsey Grammar would probably know zillions of distinct and significant differences that would put us all to shame. Damn him.

On the paralegal, how come no one's acknowledging the OP's role in this mess? Sure, maybe the paralegal sucked, but by handling it that way it sounds, it was made worse. I like the TM approach - give her the work; if it's not right, give it back until it is correct. This is frustrating, and you'll have to set artificial deadlines. But is she at least responsive? I have a para who is minimally so, in part due to my own failure to establish the proper dynamic. I am working to remedy this, but it's a pain in the ass. Problem is, she generally does it right, so I can't say too much.
Now, my secretary is another story. Thank fucking God I'm getting a new one soon. The secretary filling in for mine was practically in tears the other day over the disaster that is my admin's workspace and the deplorable state of my contacts database and other important thing. Plus, she's a fucking snoop. Whew, sorry, I needed that.

Staff?
Every staff person of any position with whom I have ever worked sucks. I hate them all, except one secretary, whom I liked, but who took advantage of that like to surf the internet for 7 hours a day on my firm's dime. I was sort of sad when I fired her.
Except for slave, all of the subordinate attorneys who have suffered at my hands suck too. I hate them all. Except slave. He was okay. For a midskooler.

You know the crazy thing was that I had only been introduced to him, and I had not talked to him at all. We were sitting on couches and he was at least a couch and half a way. But he just decided to pick me out for ridicule.
My college buddy just assumed that we had met before and knew eachother. However, I had never met him before and have never been around him since.

You know, I am accused of droning and on and on but why why are we discussing Kelsey G. again? Who cares. He made fun of your Armani. One post should suffice.

Sort of like the way you let TM's assessment of you drop? By my tally, Spanky has about 1200 posts to go on The Kelsey Grammar Incident before he should start taking advice from you.

For some weird reason I assumed that since I had her (pp) on ignore that she had me on ignore. I think I need more fiber in my diet.
