Who is Charles Dobson? Do you mean James "Focus on the Family" Dobson?

Yeah. I knew the last name but wasn't really interested in the google results that would come up in looking up the first name and took a wild guess.

Since the opening ceremony didn't interfere with my parking at the movie theater next door on Sunday, it didn't bother me much. These are not scary Church people. They're harmless.

1) With four showings at 16k people, how can there not be traffic problems?
2) With $100m in debt for the new Summit, give them time for the corruption to begin.
3) But if religion-lite helps you to get through this thing called life, go for it. And erase the memories of Ralph Sampson.

I bet the exorcism and clensing ceremonies were interesting.

Ah yes. The last time I was at the Summit was for a Rolling Stones concert where it appeared that my sister and I were the only ones not smoking joints. The idea of attending worship services there now seems so bizarre.
Wait. That was the second to last time I was there. The last time was for the circus, when I got to cheer for the clown (I think it it was Jon who was the human cannonball) who was on the Amazing Race. Still bizarre.

I feel kind of bad - does anyone know how easy it is to get tickets between now and mid-August? My instinct is to hang on to them - on the other hand, if there are a lot of tickets out there, I could sell them to her and get some more.

Hang on to them. If she's a Red Sox fan, she should be used to losing at the last minute.
