Anyone?

I assume that the theory is that a) it's blingy, and b) gold as a metal has the property of retaining warmth, which I assume would be useful in such a device.

Apologies, Mr. Malcontent. The lovely and talented gwnc is, alas, correct -- I have failed in my duties as the Chair of the Newber Appreciation and Retention Committee.
So, welcome. Tell us a few things about yourself by answering the following:
Jose Mourinho or Arsene Wenger?
G.G. Allin or Genesis P-Orridge?
Wackiest member of a brutal and genocidal fascist regime -- Schultz or Klink?
Fill in the blank: "Reality is __________."
Ashley or Mary-Kate?
True or false: The fact that Zidane was goaded into headbutting Materazzi just because Materazzi said he wanted to fuck Zidane's sister proves that Zidane is a Euro-pussy.
Why are you here?
What hip hop song is Penske listening to a great deal these days?

I am curious (yellow).
Is Tables R Us the same poster as skeks in the city? Is it more than one person sharing a log-in?
Is J. Fred Muggs a primary or a secondary (nttawwt)?
That is all.

You are quite the expert - the website I looked at touted the temperature-maintaining properties (hot or cold!) of the metal.

A long time ago I dated someone who called it "hide the butterbean." The description was distressingly apt. The relationship was brief.

Neither. Sir Alex Ferguson.

Genesis P-Orridge kissed me full on the lips when PTV played the Roxy in LA in 1985!

Schultz, I think. Klink was merely incompetant.

Either. Frankly, I can't tell them apart without Gawker.

Word. Soccer has gone to hell in a handbasket -- downshill ever since England won the Cup in 1966.

What Penske says he is listening to: Public Enemy's Fight the Power.
What Penske is actually listening to: Blondie's Rapture.

I imagine that after 5 minutes in you, you'd get a Minnesota flagpole effect if you tried to lick it.

Ah, "dating." Is that what the kids call it nowadays?

More Halloween Costumes
I've enjoyed reading the suggestions so far, but haven't yet heard one that will work for us. Maybe the flower and the bee, but that also sounds rather labor-intensive. Has to be family friendly, too, so sadly Ace and Gary and Abelard & Heloise are out.
The SFC (who uses a Dvorak keyboard, btw--our computers are set up to toggle back and forth) is broad-shouldered, mostly bald, blond with a dark red (full) beard. We're both on the tallish side.
I've thought about doing Hester Prynne and the Reverend Dimmesdale, or gypsy and pirate, but those also would require some work on my part, and I'll be pretty busy making robot costumes for my boys.
