No, but since naked pictures of ltl/fb or Hank's momma don't appear in the stock list of avatars, I had to go with the next best thing.

I'd take him back in a heartbeat, even with the injury. He's a fucking legend.

I remember when this board used to be all light and fun. We would exchange naked pics of the Tangy one and josh each other about which Spanish soccer team is better. Now it's all rape and machetes and genocide.
Thanks, Thurgreed.

How many genocides does it take to screw in a light bulb?

We could try and blend threads, but that would be wrong on so many levels.

Your first sentence is poorly written. Either:
" This board used to be all light and fun."
or:
" I remember when this board was all light and fun."
would have been better choices.
You really should not use both the "I remember" which implies the past and "used to be" which adds nothing.

Is it fringey or dtb that you're trying to impress with this post?

The disturbing image of dtb or rp sitting on Hank's lap typing this into his computer now won't leave my mind.
Really, it's of their avatars on his avatar's lap.

That is an interesting one - nice variation on the "ill gotten gov't gains" type. I got a new one too, recently, which I thought was interesting:

Re: Important Message
FROM: Sgt. Michael Doherty
Dear Sir
Good day to you
My name is Michael Doherty i am an American soldier, i am serving in the military of the 1st Armored Division in Iraq, we have just been posted to leave Iraq and go back to Germany. I am now in Kuwait at the mean time, I and my superior moved funds belonging to Saddam Hussein, the total is $25,000,000.00 (Twenty Five million US dollars) this money is being kept safe in a security company. Click on this link to read about even that took place here http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2988455.stm
Basically since we are working for the government we cannot keep these funds, but we want to transfer and move the funds to you, so that you can keep it for us in your safe account or an offshore account. We will divide the total funds in three ways, since we are 3 that is involved. This means that you will take 30%, I will take 30%, and my superior will take 30%. 10% will be kept aside for expenses. This business is confidential, and it should not be discussed with anyone.
There is no risk involved whatsoever. If you are interested i will send you the full details, my job is to find a good partner that we can trust and that will assist us. Can i trust you? When you receive this letter, kindly send me an e-mail signifying your interest including your most confidential telephone/fax numbers for quick communication also your contact details. This business is risk free.
Please reply me via this email: sgtmichaeldoherty@tiscali.it
Respectfully submitted
Sgt. Michael Doherty
======================
I gotta say, I was impressed that one of them would have the balls to try to impersonate an American (given their usual language skills). But I'm generally impressed with their ability to pick up on current news - I got one from a white Zimbabwean farmer seeking to relocate to and take up farming in the US a couple days ago, too.
eta: if anyone is interested, the secret service 419 task force e-mail address to which one may forward these scams (if you haven't lost money) is 419.fcd@usss.treas.gov

Yes 72% 78891 votes
No 28% 30375 votes
Total: 109266 votes
Are they asking whether "the Holocaust," as in the genocide of Jews, could happen again, or are they asking if something like the Holocaust with another race (because then the question should be, "Is a genocide on the scale of the Holocaust possible today?") could happen again?"
If it's the former, I don't think it's possible. If they meant the latter, I think it is.
Anyone else?

It could happen to Jews again- it certainly could happen to other peoples and in fact has. The most dangerous thing would be to think it couldn't happen again.
Like the anti-semetic (or anti-Islam) movements in Europe- if one thinks "It's just a reaction to Israel, but we as a society could never get to what the Nazis did," you are a big step in the direction of starting another.
