Regardless, after a week of putting up with asshole banker who think that they have this "ability," I'm reminded of how sick of bankers I am. Yes, dude, we all get that you get a bigger bonus if this deal closes. Yes, we know that you consider everything to be "immaterial" issues that the parties can "circle" about and agree on "in good faith" ever since you took that "Business and the Law" class (subheading: how lawyers will try to fuck you out of your bonus) in b-school.

But, just stop all your heavy-handed, glossing over details, trying to insert your opinion where it's necessary. Because it's my ass (sure, I'm not signing the opinion, but it's not like I'm not in hot water if this thing goes south, even briefly ignoring the fact that I have a professional responsibility and all that shit) if we all keep ignoring these issues you want us to ignore and not caring about important shit.

So, whether or not he's the camel, this guy's on my shit list. Actually, he's less on it if he's the camel, because with every bad rogering he's buttering paigs up for me.
