How much does it cost to feed a child on Pesach?

$54 for 1 meal? I mean, I for one know taking a Jewess to dinner is costly and all, but this is supposed to be home cooking.....

Probably a STP situation, but WTF.
They probably made it come to $54 on purpose, because it's a multiple of 18 (chai); $18 or $36 just won't cover it, dude.

What's special about 18? Is there anything special about 3?

A few links seem to suggest that it IS Otis who is the plus-size model. That's crazy. Even with 20 pounds on her Playboy and Wild Orchid frame she would look great. She's obviously skinny-boned; how skinny her bones+ flesh are is a question of diet and exercise. Maybe she couldn't stop eating when she kicked the horse or something.
|
So you doubt my word on the E! True Hollywood Story? Have I ever led you astray on this sort of minor celebrity gossip? It is Carre Otis. She is considered plus sized. I think that they covered on the show that it basically means she wears sizes 8-12 instead of 0-4. She also was a herion addict and a purger during her Mickey Rourke period, which lasted around a decade. I have no idea when the photo from Alex was taken, but she has not always been considered plus sized, only post-herion/eating disorder. And she is now very into yoga, but she is comfortable not being as thin as a rail (and just being normal person thin instead).
The Paigow will back me up on all of this (well, except for the yoga stuff, as that info came from a different source - I believe gwinky will back that info if you need a second on that too), as we have apparently seen the same trashy gossip show.

I'm no longer a doubter...does anyone have current pictures of her as a plus-size model?
The whole "plus-size" thing is kind of a weird label. I know plenty of women (and men) who are healthy, eat plenty (but do so in moderation), work out, are active people, and look relatively good. Some of them are skinny people (small bones, skinny frames), some of them aren't.
I've always thought of plus-size models as people who are naturally big, thick people, but who are healthy, keep themselves in good shape, etc. Carre Otis always struck me as a medium-framed person who didn't have much fat on her at all, and could probably stand to gain a few pounds and still be hot. Isn't she like 6 feet tall, anyway? Unless I see picture of her where she looks like Kirstie Alley, I'm going to guess that she's a very hot size 8.
I'd take Carre over, say, Calista Flockhart eight days of the week.

I think this picture probably comes the closest.
That said, me too. There's nothing wrong with curvy.
ETA: Sorry the picture is so motherjumpin huge.

So, as tough as it was I made fun of my mom- it was like Sophie's choice only pretend because its anon.

Springsteen anyone?

This tour is Springsteen without the E-Street Band, probably playing for 2.5 hours.

[Confidential to str8: there is no Dallas contingent.]
[Further confidential to str8: Even when there was a Dallas contingent, they wouldn't have paid for Springsteen tickets.]

I hear Fat Bottomed Girls, but that is probably only because I saw Super Size Me recently.

What do "double reverse pleats" mean?
Or a better question would be: when viewing pictures of Jessica Alba, will my double reverse pleats become regular double pleats?

Double means two.
with reverse pleats, the fold faces the pocket, with regular pleats it faces the fly. So the answer to your Jessica Alba question is, it's possible?

Thanks for the clarification on "double". Now I finally know what "double anal" means.
Actually, the second part was helpful. I can somewhat picture them, but I still don't know if they look good or not, although I don't like (hi Sebby) pleats in general.

Don't be so sure. It doesn't involve 2 anuses.
