The post did mention Revlon, so I guess it met the fashion quotient.

A couple of years ago I was visting a law firm in TCOTU. Our group was installed in a training room on a separate floor from the rest of the firm. Because the training room was on a multi-tenant floor, you needed a key to enter the restrooms. The firm apparently had problems with people pocketing the restroom keys, so the key to the men's room was attached to a red plastic frisbee.

On a trip to the restroom, I passed by a stunningly attractive woman leaving the office of a cosmetics company. And - make no mistake about it - she was checking me out! She looked me up and down and smiled at me a playful smile that froze time, if only for a moment. I smiled back and continued around the corner.

I was feeling pretty good about myself. In town less than 2 hours and already attracting smiles from beautiful women. It wasn't until I got the the restroom that I realized she was stifling a laugh at the guy in a business suit carrying a big red frisbee with a key dangling from one end.

Actually, it is "mnemonic." But, you had no way of knowing this.

Don't be so modest. She was looking at your cock.

details.

see I used to worry about spellings of words, definitions and the like and then I realized that everyone else just sort of wings it so I started doing that too. I figured if I just model my posting style after Hank, everyone would show me the love they've shown him. are you saying that my assumptions were flawed?

She was laughing. Please leave him to his solace.

You think so? Then I certainly hope it was a smile and not stifled laughter.

I thought people stopped correcting online spelling back when email first became popular. 1997 or so. That guy who corrected grammar or spelling on the mass emails that everyone sent out back then got omitted from the distribution list, and that was that.

Or is it retro now and PLF is bringing it back?

I think you wrote PLF when you meant to write TM Diva.

In any event, encouraging mental discipline has never gone out of style.

For Hank, it underscores his edgy, street-wise style.

For paigow, it is an ironic commentary on the accusations of mental illness.

For Sebastian, it is another "fuck you" to The Man.

For you, it just looks like sloppiniess. Lack of mental discipline.

Once again I learn that perceived sanity bites.

That was the name of the lame movie - Johnny Mnemonic. In case no one has posted this yet. It just came to me. I think it also had Morgan Freeman? Or perhaps not. I saw snippets of it on tv once.

If it is any consolation, you only have this problem with respect to me with, at most, half of your posts.

No Morgan Freeman in that one - the Morgan Freeman/Keanu movie was the one about cold fusion, which also had the chick who was in that Battle of Stalingrad sniper movie with Jude Law (and Bob Hoskins as Kruschev). Which also was lame.

Johnny Mnemonic had Udo Kier in it, though. Don't ask me why I know that, I just tend to note movies with Udo Kier, for no particular reason.
