Thanks for the link. Let's quote it:

"Baghdad, Iraq, Jul. 21 (UPI) -- A U.S. military official Wednesday denied a report of Iraqi missiles carrying nuclear warheads being found in a concrete trench northwest of Baghdad.

The daily al-Sabah newspaper Wednesday had quoted sources as saying three missiles armed with nuclear warheads were discovered in a trench near the city of Tikrit, the hometown of ousted Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

A U.S. military spokesman in Tikrit told United Press International that the report was untrue."

I put them in an unmarked brown envelope and asked my manservant to deliver them to the Russian consulate.

Yes, it's interesting timing.

Of course, well, I think -- if all [of these allegations] were proven true, I think that would be a very serious offense. [But, they are] not going to be proven true.

When it's obviously a printout or copy of something that got mixed in with my stuff, and time has passed, I toss it. They've made or printed another copy. If it's originals I return it.

ETA, I didn't do this yesterday, and don't random office behavior polls usu go on the FB?

We frequently get this kind of thing from Midwesterners. If you're coming to visit this summer, remember to bring a sweatshirt! Fishermans Wharf in the summer can be cold and foggy!

Other Wharf tips: if a man on the street suddenly offers you crabs, say "no" unless he's wearing an apron. If the $60 "Property of Alcatraz" sweatshirt doesn't provide enough R-value, teabag a sourdough bowl of clam chowder for warmth. And don't fuck with the 70-year-old waiters at the fish restaurants; they're union and probably know people in Detroit.

We were at the Wharf for like 5 minutes. alcatraz! I liked that and the boat ride, plus the artist's community that's also a boat ride that way- forget the name. Best place is the fortune cookie factory in Chinatown.
