You're fucking with her, right? because if you're not, you (a) are going to be embarrassed when you discover her ethnicity, and (b) are a massive self righteous douchebag.

Ha!

And this reminds me, my husband used to have this T-shirt that was (I think?) a roll of toilet paper next to a toilet speaking the line "Don't forget to wipe your ass!" and other sundry (and classy!) comments.

I finally convinced him to get rid of that thing about 3 years ago (the shirt hadn't fit him for about 8, and was barely readable).

Although, I suppose it was sort of amusing. Or not.

Coldplay Sucks the Crackpipe

Someone here the other day was extolling Coldplay, and "Clocks" in particular. Well, I heard the song last night and was struck by how weak it is. Coldplay is this decade's Smiths. Plodding, monotonal music for stoners, those on downers, or the anti-depressant crowd. Pink Floyd without the range, skill, ability or virtuosity. A radio station here sent me an e-mail about how they are giving away tickets to the show; I sent them one back saying that's not good enough - they would have to pay me.
That was me, and while I don't disagree that music would be better off without Coldplay, I stand by my earlier post regarding the annoying infectiousness of "Clocks." Just writing about the song puts that fucking piano line back in my head. Its like "Hey Ya" - one of those tunes that gets inthe grey matter like a bad sinus infection and just won't leave. You're mistaking my extolling the song's catchiness for a compliment on its quality. Its a lousy dumb little up-and-down-the-scales repetitive melody. Its the oposite of creative and an affront to everything good music should be...

... but I still can't get the fucker out of my head.

This is an offensive misuse of slang. You cannot shove anything "up your pussy," and you know that. You, an orifice afficianado, should know better.

I've noticed a lot of articles are shredding both Coldplay and the new Stripes record. Thats unfortunate, but critics are gutless fucks. One asshole at the NYTimes shreds the Stripes for taking a chance and then every other douchebag who wishes he wrote for the Times' entertainment section follows suit. The Stripes' record is strange, and it is a departure from their earlier stuff, and it take a few listens to enjoy, but its good. And it shows that they're more than just a couple highly talented garage rockers punching out punk/blues/Zeppeling ditties.

I don't know whether the Coldplay record sucks because I haven't listened to it. But I'd be 90% certain it isn't good for obvious reasons, most notably, that its a Coldplay record.

The worst airline of all time

OK, which brand has a more negative image?

US Airways or Bin Laden Construction?

Has anyone ever had a positive experience with US Airways?

Double or nothing, with a kick. If the Pistond win in 5 or 6 you pay 3 months- doesn't need to be consecutive. PM me the answer.

I think Schindler (the guy with the list) started Schindler Elevator. I'm surprised it isn't bigger over here. Proves the jews don't control everything, I guess.

Well, I've had Not Bad experiences flying them. I count that as a positive. They did lose my bags once, but I had to make a connection on that particular trip. I've had pretty decent experiences with them other than that. And they fly into the nice terminal at LaGuardia.

But then again, I am the king of the nicey-nice, and it's a beautiful late Spring day here in Podunkville, and the hot goth girl smiled at me when I ordered my tall Breakfast Blend at Starbucks, so take all of my perkiness with a grain of salt.

They lost my baggage, which caused me to have to attend a wedding rehearsal and after party in surf shorts and a t shirt. The last four times I've flown them, I had to wait an average of an hour and a half for my baggage. They keep blaming the lazy union scumbags in Philly for their troubles when you ask where your bags are, but thats no excuse. They know that unions here are lazy useless fucks, so they have an obligation to hire other workers. If USAir can't get some lazy asses to lug youyr bags from the jet, they shouldn't offer the flight in the first place. Why would I want an on time landing where I'mn just going to wait an hour and half for my bags in the airport?

They still give free pretzels, unlike some airlines.

Air travel sucks, regardless of the airline. USAir is no suckier than the rest.

"Breakfast Blend?" What the fuck is that? Sounds like some sort of grain cereal for people with slow colons...

Don't tell me you're one of those half decaf fruits... Caffeine is good for you. I don't trust people who don't like caffeine or say they can't handle it. What sort of person can't handle a motherfcuking coffee?*
