I used to have a Pond t-shirt with subpop on the back (got it at Pond's gig at CBGB)--if I didn't already give it to Goodwill, you want it?

Damn, you are one nice lesbian. I can't get the reddiaper site to open--what did that one look like? I kinda like the Atlantic one--her hair's even the right color. Will it still look good at avatar size?

Was an actress with pearls around her neck, in black and white, giving a diva like look.

Let me resize the one you like and you can see. Won't take but a second.

Edited to put in the image. If you like it just right click on it, click on properties, copy the link and paste it in the proper place under user cp, options, for avatar.

Depends on the move. If it's a long distance thing, where you may not see the guy again, then I can see his wanting to see his friends one last time. Alternatively, if it was a special place or there are a lot of good memories of it, like say, in a kitchen, I can also see wanting to have people over one last time. If the guy is moving from one generic apartment to another, then maybe there's an issue, but again, why not?

1987 Buick!?!?

The guns I can understand, but the 1987 Buick? Never.

Sean Penn's Car Stolen in Berkeley

Berkeley police are on the lookout for a black 1987 Buick belonging to actor Sean Penn.

They want to find it fast, because two weapons are inside.

Penn was having lunch with his assistant at the Venus Restaurant on Tuesday, and had parked his car at a meter just down the street.

Penn, a Marin County resident, does have a permit to carry the weapons.

The second Sabrina wasn't Juliet. Julia Ormond, who really hasnt' done anything since Smilla's Sense of Snow, got that part.

No word on whether the car had a "Classy Ldy" license plate, eh?

This is what I thought I was posting about in my little ode to Kafka and Penske. I guess there are Forum Ks and thread Ks here.

A-hem, I have theory about Phish-heads and this is my theory, that they keep going back to Phish concerts because they can't remember the last one they went to.
I was once in Vegas during a Phish concert, and it seemed as if the entire town had turned into a bunch of unwashed pseudo hippies. My sister went to the University of Vermont and she described the kids who "acted" homeless by bumming around on Church Street with mongrel dogs on rope leashes and then went home that night in their 4Runners. Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley seems to have the same sort of kids. The entire strip in Vegas seemed full of these people. It was impossible to get away from them. I got stuck on an elevator with a few of them and ended up reeking of patchouli for hours.

I stopped buying concert T-shirts years ago because I never wanted to play that game at shows...

"Whatever, I'm wearing the T-shirt from the opening band, because the headliner sold out."
Generally agree on the concert tees. However, if I had been smart enough to buy one of the old subpop Nirvana tees, I would wear it. Everywhere.
