Coming? Or here already. 82 and sunny. nyah.
In baseball news, MLB bans THC. Well actually THG, but it looked like THC at first and I thought bummer. That would suck for so many guys. Then the article said something about somethinggestrinone and it came clear.

In other news, a Massachussetts real estate developer wants to move the Expos to Connecticut. I didn't even know they had a ballpark?

The Expos also are being sought by Las Vegas; Monterrey, Mexico; Norfolk, Va.; Northern Virginia; Portland, Ore.; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Washington, D.C.

Isn't there already a team in the DC area? Going to see a game in Mexico would be interesting. Tequila shooters and poppers instead of bad beer and garlic fries.

So, it's 75 or 80 and the sun is shining, and I wasn't getting anything done so I blew out early to get out and about and run some errands while I was at it. Apparently another characteristic of my neighborhood (or "town" as Atticus so quaintly put it) is "12 sq ft of shelf space for various lube products." I am estimating on the sq footage; it may be more. I always think feet are longer than they are when I look at a ruler. Not sure how deep the shelf was or I'd do cubic feet.
I also admire the woman at the tailor who takes my approach to communication -- just say complete, but simple, sentences in your own language and gesture. Eventually the stupid person who does not speak your language (Spanish, in her case) will get it.
Finally, when did the guy from Tool Time start hosting Family Feud?
"The Irish are the blacks of Britain, so say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud" -- name that movie, recently released on DVD apparently

The Commitments. Truly a classic. It's also got a great soundtrack. One of the few I own. The mere fact that you know this makes me feel a bit warmer for you, Fringey.

I'm even going to let this slide without a return volley. Namaste.
