I'm not sure I understand why any sort of "all I want is casual sex" disclosure should be made. Is she worried that he would say no to her if he thought she wanted more? Is either out of the other's league? Why not just go out together and get drunk and hook up? Either the chemistry is there or it isn't. Why the need for some big conversation about it before anything happens?

It is a serious question. She is a good woman to have as a friend (as she usually has good advice, goon connections and hot friends), but I wouldn't even get near her with not me's dick. She is very needy and dependent in romantic relationships. And it's obvious. I actually feel sorry for the guy who she is after, as she is pretty hot and sexual and all that. I can't tell if she would be a good neighbor to have casual sex with, since she might get all crazy about it and start to turn it into something more significant, even if she claims now or tells the guy that's not what she wants.*
